Koalas are an iconic species loved all over the world; but they are simply only found in Australia. They are endangered because of many bushfires, land clearing, drought, disease, car accidents and domestic animal attacks. These majestic creatures can only be found in four states; Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia; which makes them a rare and exotic animal. 
 
I made this portrait of a beautiful koala because I love them and it would be very sad if we lost these furry creatures. When I started making this painting, I found that in the grey fur there were so many colours that reflect the occurring nature.
