Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your Vision & Composition Session with Elena Valerie Artist (ABN 89618812032). This policy outlines the terms for your consultation call to ensure we value each other's time. 1. Booking & Payment Payment: Full payment of the Session Fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment in my calendar. Non-Refundable: As this fee covers the reservation of my time and the professional advice provided during the call, it is strictly non-refundable. Credit Towards Wedding: If you proceed with a Live Wedding Painting booking, the full cost of this session will be credited towards your painting deposit. 2. Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Shows Rescheduling by You: I understand that plans can change. You are welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Simply reply to your confirmation email or contact me directly to arrange a new time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend the scheduled Zoom call ("No-Show"), the Session Fee is 100% forfeited. No refund or credit will be provided, and a new fee will be required to book a new time. Late Arrivals: I will wait for 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you have not joined the call by this time, the session will be officially marked as a "No-Show" and concluded. The fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling Limit: Appointments may only be rescheduled once. Subsequent rescheduling will be treated as a new booking requiring a new fee. 3. Cancellation by Artist In the unlikely event I need to reschedule our call due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, technical outage), I will offer you the choice of a new time or a full refund of the Session Fee. 4. Agreement By paying the Session Fee and confirming your booking, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
