Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your Vision & Composition Session with Elena Valerie Artist (ABN 89618812032). This policy outlines the terms of your booking to ensure mutual respect for scheduling and professional commitments. 1. Session Fee & Date Status - Payment: Full payment of the $150 Session Fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. - Non-Refundable: This fee secures your specific session time and covers the professional advice provided. Because this time is locked out exclusively for you, the fee is non-refundable. - Calendar Status: A consultation booking does not hold or reserve your wedding date. Dates remain completely open to other inquiries. - Post-Session Proposal: Following our call, you will receive a tailored proposal valid for 5 days. The date is only officially taken off the market once the proposal is signed and the $2,000 booking fee is paid. - Credit: If you proceed with a Live Wedding Painting booking within your 5-day proposal window, the full $150 session fee will be credited toward your final painting balance. 2. Commitment & Rescheduling - Firm Commitments: Because slots are limited, please treat your selected time as a firm commitment. While I understand that genuine emergencies happen, casual changes disrupt the schedule, so please only request a modification if absolutely necessary. - Notice for Exceptions: If an unexpected conflict arises and you must move your session, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to transfer your fee to a new time slot. - Late Changes & Missed Calls: Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend the scheduled Zoom call, will result in the $150 session fee being forfeited. Late Arrivals: The Zoom room will remain open for 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you have not joined by then, the session will be concluded as a no-show and the fee forfeited. 3. Adjustments by the Artist In the unlikely event I must reschedule our session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or an emergency), you will be given the choice of moving to a priority time slot or receiving a full refund of the session fee. 4. Agreement By completing your payment and confirming this booking, you explicitly agree to these booking, rescheduling, and date-status terms.
