Story of the Tulip
All nature affords us with something that we need. The trees release oxygen so that we can breathe, their fruits give us food to sustain us.
The existence of flowers, on the other hand, seem to have no other purpose but for our enjoyment from their aspiring fragrance, stunning colours or their avid beauty. And despite their slightly weak construction, live on in spite of rain, wind and storms. They pass on the baton of life, rebirth and decay, in a continuous endless cycle.
The tulip, which originated in Persia and Turkey played a significant role in culture and were once highly-priced. In particular, the purple tulip as it symbolises royalty, wealth and abundance. They are also used to represent the 11th wedding anniversary. Their stories are many, and if you attend carefully, they tell the secrets they keep.
