Meet your teacher
I’m Elena Valerie—a Gold Coast oil painter specialising in live wedding painting, custom pet portraits and florals. I’ve taught adult oil‑painting classes and immersive workshops on the Coast for seven years, and I founded the GC Art Collective, coordinating collaborative shows across the Gold Coast (including exhibitions at Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital). My work has been recognised as a finalist in the d’Arcy Doyle Art Awards, Rotary Art Spectacular and the Cliftons Art Prize, with second place (oil) at the Ocean Shores Art Competition. Expect clear steps, demos, and personal feedback so you can apply everything straight away.
