Return Policy for Elena Valerie Artwork Purchases
I want you to absolutely love the artwork you purchase directly from my website shop! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your ready-made piece, I offer a straightforward return policy.
7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date you receive your artwork to notify me if you wish to return it. Please contact me within this timeframe to initiate the return process.
Condition of Artwork: To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Please handle it with care!
Return Shipping: You, the buyer, are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. It's really important that the artwork is packaged securely (ideally in its original packaging) and insured for its full value for the return journey. I can't be responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
Refund Process: Once I receive the artwork back and confirm it's in its original, undamaged condition, I will process a full refund of the original artwork purchase price. Please note, the original shipping costs (if any were charged separately) and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions: This return policy applies only to ready-made artworks purchased directly through the Elena Valerie Artist website shop. It does not apply to commissioned pieces (like live wedding paintings, pet portraits, or other custom commissions), which are covered by their own specific Terms & Conditions agreement. Refunds cannot be issued if the artwork is returned damaged or outside the 7-day window.
